Parts of the Human Body and Fitness of the Body
The human body is divided into 3 major parts
(1) The Head – Which house the hair, ear, face, nose, month, eyes.
(2) The Trunk – which consists of chest, breast, waist, navel, stomach.
(3) The limbs – which comprises of the arm, fingers, leg, feet, wrist, hand, ankle, toe etc.
Fitness of the body
The body is kept fit by
(1) Daily exercise
(2) Enough rest
(3) Good eating habits
(4) Maintaining healthy lifestyle
(5) Medical checkup.
