Mr. Uamai Femi Prince-Elliot
Uamai Femi Prince-Elliot is a native of Okagboro-Ohia, in Owan West local government area of Edo State. He is an author, poet and a professional teacher of English language and Literature-in-English. He bagged his B.Ed.degree in Teacher Education/English language from the University of Ibadan with a 5.7 GPA and later proceeded to the same university for his M.A in English language.
He has taught in reputable schools with International recognition such as Baptist High School, Naraguta, Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria (2000-2008); Loyola Jesuit College, Gidan-Mangoro, Abuja, Nigeria (2008-2014); The Centagon International College, Maitama- Abuja, Nigeria (2016-2018); Blooms College, Karu, Abuja, Nigeria (2018 – Till Date). He has also taught in Deeper Life English School, Antananarivo, Madagascar while on short missionary journey between 2003 and 2005.
In his 20 years of teaching, as a dedicated, capable and caring teacher of English language and Literature –in-English who loves making a difference in the lives of young learners, he has taught and nurtured hundreds of students from different backgrounds, successfully preparing them for National and International Examinations such as WAEC, NECO, BECE, CHECKPOINT, IGCSE AND SAT. He is tolerant, patient and supportive, especially towards students with learning disabilities. His career objective is to utilize what he knows to do best to serve in the hope of stimulating and promoting the academic goals of his students.
